Mariah Carey : Close My Eyes

MAYBE WE ALL GREW UP TOO SOON

Say what you will about Mariah Carey but this is a lovely song. This was posted before under Mariah Carey but it is such a good song it needs to be posted by itself. I think most people can relate to this song and even shed a few tears. Time is unforgiving and merciless.

Happy Thanksgiving and Shopping 2016

IT'S GOOD TO BE A KID AGAIN

I was in Walmart yesterday during Black Friday (6pm) hours. Needless to say I wasn't there to buy anything but to look and observe. I saw lots of full shopping baskets. It was like adults being kids once again. There was an air of festivity and joy in addition to the frenzy, anticipation, and excitement. Everything was orderly as there were 10x the Walmart staff in security type yellow neon suits, who were placed in every department in the store, and directed people to the doorbusters and kept everything orderly and managed. There were even a few cops and their cars huddled outside the door who left after the initial hour.

I did a bit of shopping online that would fill up such a cart. This bashing of black Friday shoppers is overdone and misdirected. People are going for the sale even if they don't need the items (I've bought some items that I don't need but since it was cheap, why not?).

There's something seriously wrong with people who criticize Black Friday shoppers. Most of the places - 99.9% of them are orderly and uneventful. In fact, the crowd at Walmart was no different in numbers than a busy weekend. And Sears was dead. I did pick up some cheap clothing there. Sears lost a lot of money on my sale :). I feel for Sears.

Let people enjoy their day.

Have a happy and joyous Thanksgiving! And enjoy buying and using those products!

Alexandra Savior : Mystery Girl

SHE WILL HAUNT YOU!

I only post lyrics if they're good and worth visiting as is in this case.

Boy, do I have someone and something special for you... Alexandra Savior.

And here's her spooky, haunting, chilling, storied, revenge seeking, movie sountrackish, song - Mystery Girl.

Lyrics:
In my mind, I've acquired a tangle
I can't undo
I've been thinking about nothing else...
Lately

Does it feel as if somebody's keeping an eye on you?
Peripheral vision
Playing tricks on you

[Pre-Chorus]
Awoooh...
'been meaning to say
I just wanna be where you are
Before you escape

Awoooh...
Hush now
Don't explain
Wound up with a heavy heart
From waiting in the rain

[Chorus]
Pardon me, baby
But who's the mystery girl?

Don't you try to calm me down
Don't you try to calm me down

Pardon me, baby
But who's the mystery girl?
Mystery girl...

[Verse 2]
Was it just you and her?
Did you go in the photo booth?
Was it loud?
Was it hot?
Was it lively enough...
For you?

Is she likely to be there
If I were to show up soon?
The little suspicions
Clinging onto me

[Pre-Chorus]
Awoooh...
'been meaning to say
I just wanna be where you are
Before you escape

Awoooh...
Hush now
Don't explain
Wound up with a heavy heart
From waiting in the rain

[Chorus]
Pardon me, baby
But who's the mystery girl?

Don't you try to calm me down
Don't you try to calm me down

Pardon me, baby
But who's the mystery girl?
Mystery girl...

Awooooh...
Ooohhh...

[Bridge]
I know that we're growing apart
Because your planet precedes yourself
(Awooooh...)
I know that we're growing apart
Because your planet precedes yourself

[Outro]
Don't you try to calm me down!
Don't you try to calm me down!
Don't you try to calm me down!
Don't you try to calm me down!

Awooooh...

Bishop Briggs : The Way I Do

A LIFE OF PASSION

I'm just going to copy and paste what I posted on Facebook:

Passion has always been part of my life. It's about that journey and imagining arriving somewhere better for others and/or yourself. A betterment that's full of direction, hope, wish, vision, and sharing (which unfortunately most people most of the time do not take up). Can you find the passion in this video?

Btw, I saw her at The Fonda Oct 29, 2016. It was a fun show and the music notes, instrument emphasis, (or equalizer?) are different than the ones I hear through my headphones or stereo.

Indeed, you will never know my passion, unless you partake in it.

Dr. Mark Hyman : Eating FAT is good!

BON EPITIT

Here's a few videos that I think would benefit everybody. We've been lied to about fat. We've been told to eat carbs in place of fats, when it is actually the increase of fats and decrease of carbs that we would give us a better quality of life

Enjoy!

Meg Myers @ Lollapalooza 2014

THE GOLD STANDARD

It's been about one year since my discovery of Meg Myers. This year SIA had a standout performance at Coachella 2016. Meg Myer's Lollapalooza 2014 performance is in the same league. In fact, that this point, it is the gold standard and perhaps it may never be matched or surpassed.

I'm surprised things don't start flying off during stage during the exorcism! It's a sort of mood cleansing. You'll come out refreshed.

Anyways here it is. Watch it before it gets taken off the internets.

Would love to hear your feedback...

Transviolet and other bands: BTS of Music

BEHIND THE SCENES

Parasites and predators. They're everywhere. If there is a information gap, they will take advantage of it. People that look like human being that aren't...

Wisdom comes out of experience. It's best not to go into areas one is not familiar with. When going into uncharted territory, be sure to hear advice and accept guidance from others who have experience. Make sure every step you take is reviewed and approved by someone knowledgeable. Get multiple opinions when in doubt.

The goal is to be violated the least possible times.

Meg Myers on Conan 04-26-2016 and Meg in 2012

THAT HAUNTING, THAT SADNESS. THAT HAUNTING SADNESS

Damn the burden of being born sensitive...

Speaking for myself, there's this dark sadness and hopelessness born out of circumstances out of one's control. Wishing things were a certain way vs. what they really are. Knowing things can be better and try to push things in a better direction but the desire and need to make thing better being denied... It's because of people's stubbornness, egos, stupidity, selfishness, or whatever else it may be. You're trying to help but it's not working. You're trying to understand but cannot. It's all out of your hands. There is helplessness and a hopelessness. There a dull pain and ache inside that never goes away. It can't go away unless your dreams are realized. In time, you realize they can't be.

Here's a really good article on Meg Myers back in 2012 and sheds some really deep and personal aspects. It's really good even if you are not a fan of her music.

Grimes Concert @ LA's Shrine 04-21-2016

FOR ALL AGES

I attended Grimes's sold out concert at L.A.'s Shrine Auditorium on 04-21-2016. The capacity of the place is over 6000. My quick count counted around 7000 so that was close.

I was lucky to catch the concert standing at the balcony corner which was pretty close to the stage. Being tall, I was able to see over the people in front of me. But that security guard guarding the VIP area next to the pole and curtain blocked 1/3rd of my left view of the stage as she leaned to look down during the majority of the concert.

RIGHT CLICK AND OPEN IN NEW TAB TO GET THE FULL SIZE PICTURE

What struck me was just how clean the stage was. No wires, no feedback speakers, etc.

Now this really caught me off guard! There was a 5th grader standing in front of me at the concert! It was an all age admitted concert! I spoke to her dad and he told me she was a really Grimes big fan and that she had dragged him there. I saw even a younger child on the balcony to my right when the dad mentioned to me there's even a younger child than his daughter attending.

When I saw the other side had less people, I walked over there. But alas, I was told halfway on that side that it was a VIP area.

Even though the show was sold out, I thought the balcony could still hold 500 more people. Here's a look at the balcony towards the rear. I NOW notice people posing for my shot LOL.

On Youtube, videos of her concert feature a lot of flashing lights and LEDs. I didn't notice so many from my angle. They were probably all pointed forward. Also, I was out of the direction of the assault of the speakers. (I think concerts are too loud). I brought along earplugs to tame the noise of I had to. I put them in 1/4 of the way into my ears since it wasn't that loud. When I walked the middle part of the balcony facing straight forward tot he stage I noticed it was much louder.

Here's more pics:

Meg Myers: Motel

WHO HASN'T FELT THIS WAY?

I'm coming out of my slumber to post this one.

The emotion, the mood... Have you seen a finer music video than this one? I've already watched it 10x (maybe more).

To me, the beach scene is time fleeting. I wish I could stop time but I can't. It's out of my control. I can only see it pass by.

Here's some insight from the Noisey article:
"Sometimes when I'm on tour in different motels/hotels every night, I start feeling insane and trapped in my mind thinking about life and everything. That's kind of what this video represents to me. I've always thought there's something so deeply sad and beautiful about being a kid and then growing up."

And here's the music video...

Here I am at the Irvine Improv (or was on the night of 02-04-2016). Saw Christopher Titus aka Chris Titus. He had a funny tv show on about a decade or decade and half ago?

Go see him! He's hilarious. I got my tickets on Goldstar.com. I got a picture with him and picked up his latest comedy special DVD. I have yet to watch it.

He's performing in Irvine all weekend. It looks like he'll be in Ontario CA in April.

The Improvs have a 2 item purchase minimum. I had a tap beer and the ?Manly? Burger. It was good.

It looks like his wife does the opening act and was present at the merchandise desk.

Katy Perry : iHeartRadio Music Festival 2013

I can't believe it's almost super bowl time. It seems like Katy Perry was in the half time show only 5 months ago. How time flies!!!

120 million watched her. 100 million watched the super bowl.

She is the greatest entertainer dead or alive in my book. And you too have to admit she's one of the greatest ever.

Just look at the attention to detail and amount of content and creativity that goes into her production.

She was the first concert I ever went to (luckily I got a close floor ticket for that night) and that set my expectations for all the other ones that I've been to. Needless to say, the spectacular cannot be matched.

Just imagination what it takes to get a production like this out. The set/decor/graphics/objects you see will only be used for this show and will never be used again. I am simply awed.

Serena Ryder : Stompa - LIVE

NEVER GIVE YOURSELF NO TIME, GOT TOO MANY BILLS TO PAY
SLOW DOWN, NOTHING'S GOING TO DISAPPEAR

Here's Serena Ryder singing Stompa at the 2013 Junos award show up in Canada. What a song, what a voice!

Lyrics:
There's a light and I can see it in your eyes
There's a memory of the way you used to be
Nothing's gone it still shines evey time you turn it on
And when you slow it down...

People, working every night and day
Never give yourself no time
Got too many bills to pay
Slow down, nothing's gonna disappear
If you give yourself some room
To move to the music you hear

Gotta get up, listen to me
Clappa your hands, stompa your feet

People, looking for the great escape
Looking to the greener side
Trying to find a better way
Slow down; open up your big brown eyes
Feel the rhythm in your heart
You don't even need to try

Gotta get up, listen to me
Clappa your hands, stompa your feet
Nothing is wrong, if you move to the beat
Clappa your hands
Stompa your feet
Stompa your feet

When you can't seem to shake off all the feelings that are breaking

Little pieces of the music that's in you
All the pain that you feel
I can prove it's not real
There's just one thing you gotta do

Gotta get up, listen to me
Clappa your hands, stompa your feet
Nothing is wrong, if you move to the beat
Clappa your hands
Stompa your feet
Stompa your feet

Stompa your feet, stompa your feet

Thomas Sheridan : The Depravity of the Elites

IN THEIR IMAGE

The world is created in their image. They being those truly in power and control at the top of the pyramid. As James Corbett's documentary Oiligarchy shows it, it is their greed, their power, their control, that entitles them to gaslight everyone else into perceiving and believing in a world that's untrue as they present it, where the truth lies in the dark, behind the scenes.

From time to time there is a break or a glitch in the matrix. Psychopaths have no borders or limits and it and show their true selves when they go over them.

Here what is presented in NYC is a stack of German soldier helmets collected in World War 1, almost all of them with a bullet hole. What type of person does this? What type of person feeds off of death?

Anthony Viscounte Orchestra : The Princess of Atogobi

A nice "classical" song performed by a 15 piece orchestra.

Lyrics:
I dreamt that I was flying past the
Garden on the water's edge
I landed systematically
Upon a bed of dandelions
A dime-sized hole in the castle wall
Provided a view into the royal hall
The king and queen, they took a bow
And the princess caught my single eye

She whispered words I could not hear
And smiled like a golden harp in the night
Enchanted by her elegance
My heart became dust suspended in the morning light
So I crept inside the cooridor,
Lay silently on the basement floor for hours
When dusk had fallen on the stone
I tip-toed to her room and could not say a word

Oh how am I to say it? You make me crazy
Oh how am I to say it? You make me crazy

I want all my days and nights spent with you

Round and round I seem to spin
Orbiting around her yellow radiance
We dance around a topsy turvy table in
The center of the room
Just to hear her laugh one time would
Strip the earth of sadness and tears
Yeah, she makes me feel alive, the
Princess of Atogobi

Oh how am I to say it? You make me crazy
Oh how am I to say it? You make me crazy

I want all my days and nights spent with you

Thomas Sheridan has the best podcast/show on the internet. Here's a critical look at all the phonies or mentally unsound people posing as saviors, leaders, and followers in the so called alternative movement.

Thomas has handled attacks by various cult members, flat earthers, drama queens, and generally unwell and illogical people through the years. Here he is fighting back with criticism and pointing out the lunacy.

Stefan Molyneux and George Reisman : wrong on everything

ALTERNATIVE MEDIA SHAM ARTISTS

These people are mentally ill. And I'm sick of listening to these economic imbeciles repeat the same nonsense over and over and over again. I can't believe people keep listening to these people.

I can debunk their bullshit so easily. If Hitler was a capitalist instead of a socialist would anything be any different?

At 3:00 minutes it's mentioned that Hitler increased the money supply and limited wage growth. Does that sound like modern day?

At 3:30 Nazis started rationing price restricted goods which ran out in supply. Sounds like the 1970s oil embargo UNDER CAPITALISM?

At 6:50 UNDER CAPITALISM without price controls and rationing, those who couldn't afford the gouged prices would simply not buy the gasoline, food, shelter, and water, They would starve or freeze to death. There are already few deaths every winter due to not being able to afford heating oil UNDER CAPITALISM.

At 8:40 it was mentioned that production was owned by private interests but then the govt told them what to do. Well ya if they want to make PROFIT off the govt contracts!!! How's that any different than today?

At 10:00 price controls didn't create the chaos. It was the chaos that created the price controls. Get your cause and effects right!

At 10:50 about the state of chaos. Markets love volatility because they are most profitable then!

At 13:10 the internal meetings would be about how to best screw the consumers and the suppliers.

At 13:45 I don't think people care about profit. They can about contributing to the commons and community. Only businessmen, control freaks, power seekers, and psychopaths care about profit at the level these guys get excited over it.

At 14:00 well that assumes other people EARNED their money in a legitimate manner as just as you did. You know there was hanky panky when some could afford the house and you couldn't (in most cases). You're dealing with corruption, whole collar crime, drug dealing, government contractors, inside deals, financial crime, central bank spiking the punch for real estate and the stock market (free market ya right!).

At 14:45 this is bullshit since most of the cost of real estate is dirt and it is the dirt that varies in value. If the prices were affordable and not at modern day debt serfdom levels, people would be able to buy the homes and move in!

At 15:30 well you're assuming the whole economy ISN'T managed by the central banks and oligarchs and monopolies and government and the system. Food producers get cheap prices for their crops because it's planned that way. Otherwise, we'd having a more wholesome food supply with better positioned food suppliers instead of monopolistic corporations.

At 16:45 all that is mentioned there - the decisions by individuals - all depends on the world created by those few in power and control.

At 17:00 prices are set based on supply which is controlled by the monopolies and oligopolies.

At 17:35 yeah! the planning is coordinated by monopolies and oligopolies. The name of any business is to be a monopoly and not compete in or support a free market.

At 17:45 the government officials are controlled by elite families regardless whether its socialism or capitalism.

At 18:30 that's not what the people in power want. Independents.

At 19:40 all the coordination is used to screw everyone in the supply chain - workers, customers, suppliers, producers for the benefit for power, control, and profit maximization to the detriment of everyone else.

At 20:25 Capitalism only works when they is an excess supply. It breaks down when there is more demand than supply and leads to disenfranchisement, depression, riots, crime, black markets, etc.

At 20:50 prices are controlled and set when supply is controlled

At 21:05 yes rationally screw, maim, kill for power, control, and profit maximization

At 23:35 ironically these spies never go after financial crime and the banks

At 24:45 sounds more like the current capitalistic system made promises of taking care of people LOL

At 25:30 ya cause Hitler was printing all that money to pay off the foreign capitalistic debt holders and the German people got screwed!

At 25:50 sounds like working under a corporation

At 26:20 sounds like the new generation's predicament of not being able to get a home or move around under the current system

At 26:55 sounds like living under the current system

At 27:50 sounds like right now - internet spying and propaganda on wars

At 28:25 those who don't tow the line in government get fired

At 28:45 and 29:10 what type of mainstream media do we have now

At 31:50 ya you'll get shot like MLK and Gary Webb for getting in the way of the govn't and corporations

At 32:10 the bailouts of 2008 were 100% created for the central and regional banks and corporations and the bailouts still haven't subsided and we are all living thru the effects of the inequality it has created through such programs as quantitative easing

At 35:40 rent seekers - the first correct sentence I've heard so far. It is they that should be analyzed and explored in the interview and how to avoid them, deal with them, reduce their power, etc.

At 36:50 sounds like a corporation. sounds like the gulf wars.

At 38:05 there is nothing superfluous about a monocle laced person with a heavy dinner table and poor people. People have died under starvation and suffered under poverty.

At 38:25 it's irrelevant what the wealth consists of. wealth is wealth, unequal as it is.

At 38:35 and 38:45 the beneficiaries of the wealth are the wealthy! lol - no it is the stockholders of Exxon that benefit and Exxon is a cost to everyone else. And actually if Saddam was still in control of the oil fields we wouldn't have had a spike in oil prices. Once Iraq was conquered, oil production was shrunk on purpose so oil prices could rise.

At 39:19 being able to buy the products - that's a big assumption, especially if you can't afford to
